The Omega Group sees itself as part of an internationally interconnected economy and, as a company at its locations, is part of the states and their societies in which the Omega Group operates. The Omega Group follows the basic understanding of the "honorable merchant" and acknowledges its responsibility as a company.


  • DThe Omega Group monitors the direct and indirect impacts of its business activities on the environment and society and strives to achieve an appropriate balance of economic, ecological and social interests.


  • The Omega Group acts in accordance with generally accepted values and principles, complies with the law and, in particular, observes the internationally recognized human rights and labor standards as set out below.


  • The Omega Group stands for the objectives and content of the Code of Conduct and will, within the scope of its respective legal and actual possibilities, make all appropriate and reasonable efforts to continuously comply with the voluntary commitment at all its company locations in Germany and abroad.


IfIf existing national regulations conflict with the contents of the Code of Conduct or the domestic context makes it impossible to fully comply with them, the Omega Group will seek ways to comply with the requirements of the Code of Conduct wherever possible.

The keeping and use of animals must meet the applicable legal animal protection requirements and be species-appropriate. The Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species is the guideline here.

Human dignity is inviolabletbar. Therefore, the Omega Group respects the internationally recognized human rights set out in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.d.

employment relationships


The Omega Group treats san employee with appreciation. The Omega Group rejects any form of unlawful punishment, abuse, harassment, intimidation or other undignified treatment of employees. The Omega Group applies the applicable labor law to all employment relationships and expects the same from its contractual partners. At the start of the employment relationship, employees must be provided with understandable information about the essential working conditions, including their rights and obligations, working hours, remuneration and payment and billing arrangements.


The Omega Group respects and protects the right of employees to terminate their employment relationship in compliance with the relevant notice perioden.


Rejecting child labor and protecting young workers


The Omega Group does not tolerate child labort and respects the applicable legal minimum age for starting work. In any case, the Omega Group does not employ persons under the age at which compulsory education ends under the law of the place of employment, nor under the age of 15. Internships are organized in accordance with the legal provisions.


The Omega Group expects from its contractual partnersWorkers must ensure that they have adequate means of determining age in order to prevent child labour. If child labour is identified, all necessary measures must be taken immediately, focusing on the welfare, protection and development of the child.


For persons under 18 years of age, the rights of young workersworkers; they may only be engaged if it is ensured that the working and employment conditions do not endanger their health, safety or morals, nor are they detrimental to their development.
